3. Purpose of Data Retention and Processing

The aforementioned data is retained exclusively for the purpose of ensuring the ongoing integrity, functionality, and lawful use of the Service. The IP address is used primarily for:

Under no circumstances shall the collected data—be it the User’s IP address or file identifier metadata—be disclosed, sold, licensed, traded, exchanged, bartered, or otherwise made available to any third-party, whether governmental, commercial, or private, unless compelled to do so under a binding legal instrument issued by a competent judicial authority with jurisdiction over the matter in question.

6. User Consent and Opt-Out Procedures

By continuing to access and utilise the GlideBin service, the User explicitly consents to the data collection practices described herein. In the event that the User does not wish to have their IP address or uploaded filenames logged, their sole recourse shall be to immediately discontinue use of the Service. No alternative usage mode or opt-out mechanism is provided.

7. Retention Period and Data Deletion

Data shall be retained for a duration determined at the sole discretion of the Service’s operators, based on the technical and administrative requirements of the platform. Upon cessation of necessity, or at intervals determined by internal policy reviews, such data may be purged, anonymised, or otherwise disposed of in accordance with prevailing data sanitation procedures.

GlideBin reserves the right to amend, revise, or completely replace this Policy at any time, without prior notification to the User.
